Did you know there is a tai chi class offered at the St. Francis Arts Center. Led by Jeff Hobaugh, this gentle movement class helps ease stress and improve physical condition.
Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition, originally developed for self-defense. Today it is described as “meditation in motion, and consists of a series of slow, gentle movements combined with breathing. It is low impact, and suitable for folks of all levels of fitness.
Classes are Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm, and Saturday mornings at 9:00am. Cost is $50/month, or $15 per class, no contracts.
